Caring Homes are passionate about recruiting the right people, investing in them to coach, develop and grow their career through a range of initiatives and training programmes all published in their 2 internal magazines.
Two magazines were produced, one branded Caring Homes, and the other branded Consensus who are part of the larger Caring Homes Group support individuals with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs.
The publications keep all staff up-to-date about a range of opportunities to develop their career as well as inspiring stories of those who have enjoyed success on various initiatives.
